The progressive learning process through my 7 Steps to heal PTSD, trauma, loss and grief is a simple one; Study, Learn, Experience, Apply, Repeat (SLEAR – hey, I was in the military, it has to have an acronym). The process is easy, but the critical piece is your desire to heal.

Personal change through Spiritual transformation requires a stronger commitment of time, effort and being open and willing to embrace a wider reality and greater understanding God’s Divine realm. Deep healing requires just a little bit more. Remember, “If I can do it, so can you.”

My book that will be published provides much greater detail on the subjects and concepts, experiential learning exercises, practical application and much more. In the meantime…below is a great place to get started.

Along the way, I will share more about each Step in my monthly newsletters, in the website blogs, on my Facebook page, and with webinars in the future. So, subscribe to my website and get the free 7 Step pdf, follow me on social media and stay tuned for more as I kick this off.

The Process for each Step:

Study: Reference online resources to study the subjects and concepts listed for each Step. Choose from:

  • Online video and/or audio resources containing interviews, testimonials, presentations, training, podcasts and documentaries
  • Online book reviews and summaries as well as interviews and podcasts with well recognized and respected authors
  • Websites, articles, blogs, and online information resources like Wikipedia
  • Online webinars and courses

Learn: As you study, journal everything what you observe, what you understand and comprehend, how it relates to you and your healing, and what you have questions on.

Experience: Use the same online resources to observe experts who offer practical experiential learning such as techniques, exercises, and challenges – then practice them and journal your results.

Apply: Use the crawl, walk and run concept. Take what you learn, journal and experience and incorporate it into daily routines, thoughts and habit patterns by setting clear intentions and obtainable goals.

Repeat: Keep repeating the same process for every subject/area you explore in each Step.

                                     The 7 Steps

Step One: Be Open to New Ideas and Willing to Learn New Solutions for Healing

Key Lesson:  The realization you must look at new ways of solving a problem, and the solution to healing is from within on a Spiritual level (Spirit/Soul), not just a human level (Mind, Body).

This Step: The powerful first Step to healing – the decision to change and be open to out-of-box thinking and solutions.

Subject Study Focus: The incredible power of a decision and setting intentions to change, Spiritual transformation and Soul connection to a Higher Power.

Science Study Focus:  A study of Albert Einstein who embraced the concept of a deeper Spiritual connection, recognized God’s greater universe, and comprehended how we are an extension of a Higher Power.

Logic:  If healing is paramount and you want a different result to a persistent problem, make the decision to try a new solution even if it outside your comfort zone.

Tips:  Doing nothing gets you nowhere, and if what you are doing isn’t working, find something that does works and duplicate it. Spirit, Mind, Body healing has worked for millions of people – accept and go with it.

Hint: The Source that created the universe is available to help you heal.

Prayer:  Thank you for the power of love and healing. Provide me with the wisdom to know all things are possible, help me be open to new ideas and willing to try new solutions, and grant me courage to make the changes needed in my life.

Quotes for inspiration:

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them”                             ~ Albert Einstein

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results”                                       ~ Albert Einstein

“The human mind, once stretched to a new idea, never goes back to its original dimensions”                    ~ Oliver Wendell Holmes

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Journal Exercise:
  1. What outcomes for healing are you seeking?
  2. What areas in your life need change to support healing?
  3. Why are you open to new ideas and willing to try new solutions?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Note: Before you go on to Steps 2-7, remember, you agreed to be open and willing to try new solutions in Step 1. The subjects and concepts that follow below have helped millions heal.
Yes, it is radically different to most of you…get over your fears and judgment…
duplicate what works!

Even if you don’t embrace the subjects and concepts, just apply the lessons learned you gain from studying them. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. “If I can do it, so can you.”

Step Two: Understand God’s Universe and How You Fit In

Key Lesson:  At your core, you are a Soul, a spiritual being having a human experience in physical form and part of God’s greater universal realm. You are divinely greater than yourself.

This Step:  At the forefront of Spirit, Mind & Body healing is Spirit. You begin to heal inner wounds through a Spiritual understanding of your life by building a greater perspective of who you are, understanding why you are here, and beginning to make sense of life’s challenges.

Concepts Study Focus:  Understanding God’s Divine realm through Near Death Experiences (NDEs), mediumship, testimonials from health care professionals, children who remember  heaven and spiritually inspired art.  //  Understanding God’s universal consciousness (yes, it’s a really a thing).

Science Study Focus: Research on Near Death Experience (NDE), mediumship, concepts of the universe and hospice care.

Logic:  If you want to learn about a new subject or concept, listen to people who are experts with practical experience.

Tip:  Lessons from “the other side” are Spiritually relevant and enlightening to help realize what “reality” is compared to what we understand and accept (our current framework).

Hint:  Knowing and understanding how we are connected to God’s universe provides much insight into our true nature as a Soul.

Prayer:  Thank you for the opportunity to understand your realm and re-connect with my Soul, a divine extension of you.

Journal Challenge:  Journal the lessons you would learn and what you would change in your life if you could experience the world, and your life, from the perspective of your Soul for a month?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Study Exercise:
1. Watch three International Association of Near-Death Studies (IANDS) NDE testimonies: either from the IANDS website or YouTube.  https://iands.org/   or   https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=iands
2. Watch three testimonials on Anthony Chene’s YouTube channel:  https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0TGguBq-aE5437MDlyufh9TQ2rxjASIz
3. Watch 3 videos of world class mediums performing their services before large crowds and in one-on-one sessions. (videos that contain interviews and their discussions/presentations to the audience before their reading performances is a bonus) Mediums to consider:  Lisa Williams, Allison DuBois, John Edward, John Holland or Gordon Smith
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Journal Exercise:

  1. If you ever had a close brush with death, what flashed before your eyes in your mind?
  2. What is your understanding of heaven, what is it like there?
  3. Journal memories you have when you felt a loved one was close or was in some way reaching out to you through your thoughts, emotions or feelings. If you get nothing, journal what you believe your thoughts, feelings and emotions would be if you could sense their presence.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step Three: Learn How You Connect with God and the Divine realm
Key Lesson:  Intuition is a natural born gift we all have and use and is the vital instrument in  “listening” to Divine communication and guidance.
This Step:  Understanding and developing your natural intuition to strengthen your ability to connect, communicate with the Spiritual realm.
Subject Study Focus:  Intuition descriptions, discussions, examples, and how to guides on basic intuition through the “clairs”, signs, synchronicities, and dreams. / Mentored study groups for advanced development.
Science Study Focus:  The science of intuition and research studies.
Logic: If we are a Soul having a human experience, then God ensured there was a way to communicate with us.
Tips:  If you want to heal, listen to God and learn to trust the guidance. //  Understand and accept you have and use intuition even if you don’t recognize it.
Hint:  Practicing your intuitive gifts will be easier if you start with the basics, are patient, set intentions and then just let it happen naturally without trying to force it. / Many of the most together, healthiest and successful people on the planet develop their intuitive capabilities.
Prayer: I am grateful for the gift of intuition so I can listen to your Wisdom. Grant me understanding of my intuitive gifts so I can fully receive guidance and healing.
Quotes for Inspiration:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Description of the “Clairs”  (you might also hear intuition referred to as “discernment” or “an inner understanding” – don’t freak out on the terminology, same concepts – different wording.

PS: you all use some or most of these everyday – you just didn’t recognize it

            Human Senses                         The “Clairs”                                           Common Phrases

  • Know (clear knowing)              Claircognizance                                             “I just knew”
  • See (mind’s eye / third eye)    Clairvoyance                                        “I could see the solution”
  • *Hear (actual & perceived)     Clairaudience                                  “God whispered to my heart”
  • Feel (gut) / Sense                      Clairsentience                                 “I went with my gut instinct”
  • Smell                                            Clairalience  (subset of clairsentience)  “It’s like I could
  • Taste                                            Clairgustance (subset of clairsentience)   smell and taste it”

Key Point: When using the Clairs, your first input is intuition (God/Source/Spirit), your second is doubt (mind), and your third is Fear (your ego). (yep, we get in our own way a lot)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Study Exercises:
  1. Choose 3 online videos covering the “Clairs” to observe different perspectives. Repeat this for Synchronicities, Dreams and Signs.
  2. Reflect on big decisions, events, and relationships in your life. Write down what Clair through your human senses seemed to be prevalent or strongest in guiding you, whether or not you followed your intuition. Write down how you experienced that Clair. Write down one time you followed that Clair’s intuition guidance and one time you did not. What were the outcomes? Repeat this for Synchronicities, Dreams and Signs.
  3. Choose 3 online videos covering the simple basics of meditation to observe different perspectives and techniques.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Gut, Heart, Mind Exercise:

 Quietly sit somewhere without interruption. Reflect on your current life and choose an issue you are struggling with that requires a decision, no matter how big or small. (Examples: job change, relationships, household move, business decision, school choice)

Read through the example below to understand the exercise, then run through the Gut, Heart, Mind exercise. Journal what you experience. The answers you get are quite accurate and can provide the guidance you seek.

Example: (A new job you want that requires you to move across the country)

Quiet your mind from thinking (not easy for some, so sit for a while until you get your mind out of the way). Then, quiet your heart from emotions and just concentrate on your gut feelings. Daydream what it would “feel” like in your gut to pack up and move there, and then what it “feels” like to live there for a while. Just feel the experience. Next, only focus on the emotions of the heart (quiet your mind and gut), and just experience the emotions associated with this move. Then finally, quiet your feelings and emotions, and let your mind imagine the mechanics and logic of the move, and in your mind, live out daily life for a few weeks or months in the new location.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Challenge:  Practice quieting your mind for 10 minutes a day. After a week, practice meditating every day for 10 minutes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Step Four: Understand Your Spiritual Support Structure from God’s Divine Realm

Key Lesson: We all have a Spiritual support team (Spiritual Life/Soul coaches) with us for our lifetime.

This Step: Your Spiritual support team on the other side, and how they benefit your life purpose, Spiritual transformation and healing. / Using your intuition to develop a relationship with them and receive guidance for your Soul’s journey.

 Subject Study Focus:

  • How God provides Spiritual support to help us throughout our lives as spiritual beings (Souls) having a human experience.
  •  Abraham-Hicks and The Law of Attraction / Art of Manifesting Desires. The ability to attract and manifest healing into your life.

Science Focus: The science and research studies of Guides and Angels.

Logic: If we have a family support structure on Earth (family, friends, community) to assist us in our earthly lives, the Divine realm provides the same to assist us in our Soul journey to include healing Wisdom and support.

Tips: The more open and willing you are to communicate with them, the more communicative they are with you. / You are Divine extension of God consciousness and all the healing possible from the Spiritual realm is available to you.

Hint: The healing benefits of tapping into your Spiritual support team, is profound.

Prayer: Thank you for providing loving support and guidance for our life and Soul journey. I am ready to meet, embrace and build a relationship with the Divine support you created just for me.

 Quotes for Inspiration:

“Your Spirit Guides and Angels will never let you down as you build a rapport with them. In the end, they may be the only ones who don’t let you down.”
~ Linda Deir

“Yes, angels are real, just as real as you and I are. Although they are largely unseen by us, they exist in great numbers” ~Billy Graham

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Guide Exercise:  Sit in a quiet space and journal what energy(ies) you have felt in your life up until now that seemed to be present during difficult decisions. Describe the details of that energy(ies), what it felt like, how you received it, how did you react to it? If you did or did not follow what you received as guidance on the decision, what were the effects or outcomes in your life?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Guide Challenge: As you watch movies or listen to songs that profoundly move you, journal what they offer to you spiritually and what energy(ies) you experience that guide understanding of your intuition.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Guardian Angel Exercise: Sit in a quiet space and journal what energy (think love, compassion, empathy, emotional support, and acceptance) you have felt in your life that seemed to be present during difficult times when you were down and needed support. Remember back to those chaotic moments of pain, struggle and fear you experienced, yet somehow you knew or felt it was going to be okay. Those times you said to yourself, I believe there is something here with me by my side. Describe the details of that energy, what it felt like, how you received it, how you reacted to it, and the comfort it brought to you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Study Exercise:

Note: As you discovered in the previous step, you are using the power of intuition to assist your learning. Now you have added the knowledge of spiritual guides and angels to assist you as well.  Before you search through YouTube videos, ask your guide(s) for assistance in selecting the best videos during your learning for the highest good. As you search through the choices of videos, select the ones you feel most led to in that moment. Then ask your spiritual support team for insight into what you will learn from your video selection and sit with your choice for a while and “listen” before you hit “play.”

  1. Watch three online videos about spirit guides to observe different perspectives and insights.
  1. Watch three online videos about angels to observe different perspectives and insights.
  1. Watch 3 online videos covering Abraham-Hicks and the Law of Attraction.
  1. Watch 3 online videos covering Abraham-Hicks and the Art of Manifesting your Desires.
  1. Watch 3 online videos of Esther Hicks channeling Abraham before a large audience.
  1. Journal your learning and experiences for 1-5 above.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step Five: Understanding Who You are as a Soul and Your Life Purpose
Key Lesson: The truth of you are as a soul is true whether you believe it or not. The contrast life hands us, no matter how complicated and painful, can provide lessons to propel your life and Soul to greater understanding and help your life flow with greater ease and synchronicity. Healing follows.
This Step: Coming to terms with who you are as a Soul and understanding your life plan and purpose.
Studies Focus: Past Lives and Past Life Regression Therapy, Life between Lives and Between Life Regression Therapy, Pre-birth Planning and Soul Contracts, Life Purpose, and a Soul Blueprints.
Science Focus: The larger understanding of reality and the universe: basic awareness of quantum mechanics, multiverse theory, string theory, multiple dimensions, M Theory, and fractal universe theory.
Logic: If we are a Soul having a human experience, then it makes sense we need to get to know and understand our Soul and our Soul’s purpose in order to discover inspired fulfillment in our lives. Also, if consciousness survives physical death, then consciousness memory would remain with your soul.
Tip: Knowing the divine purpose behind the contrast in our lives from events, circumstances and experiences that test our faith is instrumental in supporting personal transformation and healing.
Hint: Embrace and learn from your life – you planned it.
Prayer: Thank you for imparting Wisdom to me on the planning and purpose of my life as part of my Soul’s journey.
Quotes:
Exercise: Life Timeline Chart and Life Purpose
Part 1: Create a Life Timeline Chart: This is a chart of your lifespan showing significant life points to include major life experiences, big decisions, shifts or changes that seemed to have a profound effect on your life. Place a “star” above the ones where you were intuitively compelled to follow that path (seemed to work out well). Then place an “asterisk” above the ones where you used free will instead of intuitive guidance (did not turn out well).
Part 2: For each of those life points, journal to describe your experiences and the roles key people played in your life during that timeframe.
Part 3: Draw some conclusions on what those major life points’ experiences and what people taught you through their roles and interactions with you.
Part 4: Write out: 1) changes you made that had a positive effect on your life, and 2) changes you can make in your life to help clear and overcome any remaining consequences of those experiences.
Part 5: Write out what you have always been passionate about that brings you joy and fulfillment, then circle the life points that represent these passions that brought you fulfillment.
Part 6: Write out:
– What you understand to be the lessons learned you intended for your lifetime
– What you understand to be the purpose (greatest passion) for your life
– The changes you need to make to avoid further consequences and pursue your passions
– What you want the outcome to be for these changes
If you are struggling with this Exercise, it’s OK, remember success in Spiritual studies is participation and consistent effort with intentions – getting a participation ribbon is OK in Spiritual studies.
So, try this if you’re stuck: good old fashion self-reflection to come up with a list of activities you have always loved and been passionate about throughout your life. Then pray, set intentions, and meditate. Finally, let it go and continue to intuitively listen. Want the key to success: journaling. Journal everything. Sometimes the answers just pop onto the paper when you are writing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Study Exercise:

Note: Before you search through the videos, set intentions and let intuition help you select the best video during your learning today for the Highest good. As you search through the choices of videos, select the ones you feel most “led” to in that moment. This time sit with your choice before you hit “play” and ask for insight into what you will learn from your video selection. You are continuing to develop your intuitive abilities to guide your learning.

Recommended interviewees: Robert Schwartz, Dr. Brian L. Weiss, Dr. Michael Newton, Dr. Raymond Moody

1. Choose 3 online videos interviewing experts in the fields of Past Lives, Pre-Birth Planning, Soul Contracts, Life Purpose to observe different perspectives and insights.

2. Choose 3 online videos covering the Past Life Regression Therapy to observe different perspectives and insights.

3. Choose 3 online videos covering the Between Lives Regression Therapy to observe different perspectives and insights

4. Choose 3 online videos with explaining the latest theories of the universe by leading theoretical physicists and astrophysicists. (there are many videos providing basic information to the non-scientifically inclined layperson)

5. Watch the movie “The Science of Miracles” with Gregg Braden

6. Journal your experiences for 1-5 above.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step Six: Spirit, Mind, Body Connections and Healing Opportunities
Key Lesson:  Spirit, Mind & Body are symbiotic; healing each one provides spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health simultaneously.
This Step: Holistic healing options and opportunities are abundant, and they support Spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical healing.
Studies Focus:  Traditional and non-traditional/alternative/preventative healing modalities that are available to provide beneficial effects spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Science Focus: The science of Spirit, Mind, Body interactive healing. Traditional and non-traditional healing practices. The biochemical processes of the body. The positive effects of healthy living on the Spirit, Mind and Body.
Logic: If you are a divine extension of God and part of the greater universal God consciousness, then you can tap into that consciousness to heal yourself.
Tips: Your body is a biochemical machine and super micro-processor. If you take care of it, it will take care of you, so provide for the needs of your body. Stop interfering and get out of your body’s way – it knows what it’s doing.
Hint:  Your body tells you what it needs – learn to listen!
Prayer: Thank you my Spirit, Mind and Body and grant me the Wisdom that leads me to the healing opportunities I need to support a healthy life for the Highest Good.
Quotes:
“When we connect to the infinite wisdom within, creative new ideas, opportunities and healing spontaneously unfold” ~ Deepak Chopra
“If you could eliminate certain outside frequencies that interfered with our bodies, we would have greater resistance toward disease” ~ Nicola Tesla
“Quantum healing is healing the bodymind from a quantum level. That means from a level which is not manifest at a sensory level. Our bodies ultimately are fields of  information, intelligence and energy. Quantum healing involves a shift in the fields of energy information, so as to bring about a correction in an idea that has gone wrong. So quantum healing involves healing one mode of consciousness, mind, to bring about change in another mode of consciousness body.” ~ Deepak Chopra
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Exercise:

  1. Journal the healing you desire in all four categories of your life: Spiritual, Mental, Physical, and Emotional.
  2. Using intuition, review the healing options listed in the Wellness link https://johncofield.com/wellness/ – select three from each category (Spirit, Mind & Body) you are led to studying, and research them further using several different modalities to include videos, articles, websites, book summaries, interviews and testimonials with healthcare providers. Then, select one of the three to try. Journal what you experienced in your review and selections, as well as, the healing results of the option chosen. Continue this exercise process, as required, to incorporate the ones you need and desire.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Exercise:  Use this technique next time you face a significant challenge and journal the results:
I reminded myself I was a Soul having a human experience, and I would work to ground and center myself focusing on my Soul’s consciousness. I let the challenges just sit with me, accepted them as being there, asked what I was supposed to learn from them, then let them go into the ether. I then reminded myself to love, have compassion and acceptance for my challenges, self and others, forgive anything I needed to let go, describe everything I was grateful for in my life and practice mindfulness which we’ll cover in this Step.
Remember the Gut, Heart Mind exercise? I eventually added, by letting it go, what it did for my feelings, emotions and mind and the positive outcomes for each area. Then I daydreamed of the benefits as if I were living that new life experience.
You can always modify this exercise to fit your needs. Some days, if I feel stress while I am going through life that day, I say out loud everything I am grateful for in the moment to include the challenges I face that day. The practice of gratefulness is amazing. I guarantee if you do this regularly, it will clear a negative focused view of the world around you and bring more appreciation and peace into your life.
Note:  When you run through this exercise, it may seem like a lot now, but in fact, with practice, it can become as easy as learning a simple task and will only take a few minutes. When I have other things going on, I can do this simultaneously. It’s a mindset exercise, not a time task.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Exercise: The use of daily thoughts

Below are some example choices to select from as a start, and I encourage you to add your own. Place your choices on a piece of paper. Tape the paper to your bathroom mirror next to the daily Spiritual affirmations you created previously and carry a copy with you throughout the day. Say them out loud three times a day, and more if you are facing a difficult challenge.  Journal the effects and benefits you gain, both short-term and long-term.

Spirit, Mind, Body thoughts:

  • I live the Golden Rule
  • I can provide and will bring healing into my life
  • I accept more easily and forgive daily
  • I am patient and compassionate
  • I choose to make this a positive day, and be a positive influence in the lives of others
  • I will hug others more often
  • I will say “I love you” more often
  • I will maintain an open mind and heart
  • I will live my life with purpose
  • I will place self-care as a priority
  • I will learn and grow from life’s lessons
  • Today, I will make a difference in someone’s life
  • I will explore my creativity more

 Challenge:  Listen to Louise Hay’s “101 Power Thoughts”  (if you download it, you can listen to it anytime.

Note: If you’re having a bad day, listen to this, you won’t have a bad day anymore.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step Seven: Walk the Talk; Putting it all into Practice
Key Lesson:  Practice connecting and listening daily and then letting Divine guidance lead you on to new heights of following your Life Purpose. Transformation is an exciting and ongoing process and it will serve you well for a lifetime.
This Step:  Daily practice and application of Steps 1-6. Putting all you have learned into practical experiential daily living and live your life with Divine guidance in the lead through intuition. Letting your life purpose begin to unfold and be in the forefront as you walk the talk.
Studies Focus:  Using more advanced experiential learning to further enhance the use of intuition and establishing a greater connection to Source and the Spiritual realm.
Science Focus:  Continued research on the science behind Spiritual understanding and science as it intersects with; advanced intuition development, mediumship, multiverse theory, past lives, life between lives, Spiritual personality discovery, numerology, astrology, the seven natural laws of the universe, akashic records and energy centers of the body.
Logic:  Duplicate what works. If the people I studied were living more fulfilling lives with greater ease and synchronicity, then learn what they know, practice it daily to incorporate into my life.
Tip:  Build a new daily routine with the Steps you have studied and let that new habit pattern become the norm in your life.
Hint: Learning from vetted, qualified teachers/mentors/coaches, combined with using the collaboration of other students and supportive partners, can greatly enhance your learning.
Prayer: Thank you for always being there to provide Infinite Wisdom and Guidance for my life and Soul journey. I acknowledge I am a Divine spark of you, connected to all within the universe, and with a daily connection and alignment to you, I can enjoy peace, healing and fulfillment in my life.
Quotes:
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Exercise:

  • Starting with my example above, write out your new daily/weekly/monthly routine, tailored to you, and place it where you will view and recite it every day until it does, indeed, become routine.
  • Set intentions and establish some simple goals for the next level of intuition development.
  • Set intentions and establish some simple goals for continuing your relationship development with your Spiritual Guide(s).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Exercise:  Journal one new Spiritual experience you are committed to following through on in the next 30 days. Journal what you learned after you follow through.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Exercise: Journal one message and one synchronicity you have received/experienced in the last 30 days, the guidance you received and the lessons you learned. Did you follow guidance and take any action? If so, what were the outcomes and results? If no, why not, and what were the outcomes and results?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Exercise: Journal three new areas of Spiritual study you are committed to researching and journal what you learned from those new subjects when you have followed through on this goal.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Exercise: During a meditation when your conscious mind is out of the way, with your eyes still closed, write out a message or scribble a drawing that comes to you. Yes, it will be messy on the paper, but, for the left brainers and retentive people, it is OK to color outside the lines. You will be amazed with what turns up on the paper.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Exercise: In 30 days, go back to the daily routine, goals for intuition development, and goals for building relationships with your Spiritual Guide(s). Highlight in green what has become routine or been accomplished, and then highlight in yellow what you need to work on or still complete. Follow through. Journal the results.
Study Exercise: Select three of the continuing education subjects mentioned above in the science focus you are led to study. View three videos on each subject you are led to watch and journal what you learned. Then follow through with practical experience. (Example: study three numerology videos, journal what you learn, complete a numerology exercise with your name and birthdate, and journal the results)
Note: Just maintain forward momentum at whatever pace works for you, then the only place you need to be is right where you are at that moment in time. There is no right or wrong, fast or slow, yes or no… just moving forward and enjoying your ongoing transformation.
