Let’s get Started!

If you struggle from PTSD, trauma, loss and grief, welcome to a club nobody intended to join. I never imagined I would be in that club, but one day I found myself a full blown member, and I was desperate to cancel my membership. These inner wounds affect each of us in different ways – some clock out, become withdrawn and let it paralyze their life, and to the opposite end of the spectrum like me, deny it, compartmentalize it all, and try to solve it with greater control over everything around them. (Hint: neither way is a good idea). I tried traditional and non-traditional/alternative healthcare for mind and body with limited success – it provided initial relief, but it wasn’t enough. I kept asking myself, What else can I do?

  • Are you trying to do it on your own and it isn’t working?
  • Are you focusing on mind-body healthcare and it’s not getting the full results you need?

Hint: If what you’re doing now is working, you probably wouldn’t be reading this.

Albert Einstein’s famous quote lays it out: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results”

So, what’s the answer? If you want to experience healing on a new level, be open to change and find a new solution. You need to embrace the full Holistic approach encompassing all areas of your life, and the solution is a 3 part equation, Spirit (Soul), Mind & Body!

You want healing on a new level?

First: Decide to get out of denial and set the intention to change – this is the very powerful first action you must take, NOW! Oh, it is ever so powerful. It sets your Soul, mind and body on a new course and radically allows you to be open to learning, growing and changing. It is the necessary first action to healing.

Second: You must focus on the 3 part equation: Spirit, Mind & Body. In order to do that, you have to be open to and willing to pursue Spiritual healing, not just mind and body healing. If you aren’t willing or aren’t sure… Clue: go back and look at the quote from Albert Einstein again.

Third: Crawl, walk, run……we can learn a lot about life from babies. They roll over, then rock back and forth, then crawl, then pull themselves up, then one day they look across a room at something they want to explore, and they take that infamous first step. One small step for baby, one giant leap for change and a new beginning. Then one day, they run. All along the way, they waiver, fall, trip, and get some scrapes and bruises, but they always get back up and keep working at it.

Just start crawling by getting out of your comfort zone. Then pull yourself up and take that first step toward change and one day you’ll find yourself running. The Spirit part of Spirit, Mind & Body is out-of-the box thinking for some, but keep in mind, what’s in the box isn’t providing the full healing you so deserve.

Really Big Clue: Spirit, Mind & Body focus has helped millions experience healing. Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. Like the Nike slogan you see and hear all the time, “Just Do It”.
